How does your service work?

Recruiting: You provide us with a job / role description, then we source and pre-screen candidates. Interview as few or as many people as you like. Make an offer when you find the one. 🔮

Staff augmentation: We follow the recruiting process just described... Once you've chosen your team, we'll engage them as EOR and facilitate a smooth onboarding.

Finally, we'll introduce you to an HR specialist and a customer success manager assigned to support your engagement. Call on them at any time for help.

How long does it take?

~14 days.

How is the service priced?

For staff augmentation, we charge a flat monthly fee based on the level of the role.

For recruiting our fee is a flat 15% for successful hires.

Do you require a minimum commitment?

For staff augmentation we require a 6 month agreement.

Do you handle benefits and compliance?

Yes, we employ the talent and handle all the required formalities, including benefits. You're free to focus on business.

What is the 'business intelligence' offering?

We research and produce custom, market-specific reports to support compensation planning, budget forecasting, salary benchmarking, and overall talent strategy.
